Increasing the IQ is a process towards which many people have directed their attention in the past years. The reason is simple: the smarter you are the more professional and social success you get. Thus, people from all over the world are desperately trying to improve their intellectual abilities and make their brain store more information and use it properly when it is required.
There are several methods which are said to have a positive impact on people's brain. One of the highly efficient techniques with the help of which people can train their brain with success is the "brainwave entertainment" technique. As you all know, people are getting more and more stressed nowadays. Because the brain is not able of functioning very well when exposed to prolonged stress and tension, it is essential that the individuals manage to relax the brain and get their problems out of their minds. Thus, finding a way in which they can manipulate their brains is not only a good solution, but sometimes a necessary one.
But what is brainwave entertainment? Well, each and every brain has its specific waves, which are called (yes, you have guessed!) brainwaves. These brainwaves are very sensitive to external factors. They tend to be influenced by external stimuli which have different frequencies than them. Thus, if the brain is in an alert state, it can be easily calmed down by listening a type of music with low frequency. The brain will follow the low frequency and will become more relaxed. The lower is the frequency, the calmer the brain becomes. This technique can be used even to induce sleep when the brain is too tired and cannot fall asleep.
This method is not only utilized for relaxation. The brainwave technique is also highly useful when the individual wants to make the brain cooperate. Thus, if you have an exam and your brain will refuse to stay alert and acquire more information, high frequency music or sounds will make it more alert and increase its capacity of storing and using the information newly stored. However, in order for this method to be effective it must be used on a regularly basis.
